Basic Gluten Free Fried Fish Sticks by The Allergy Chef

I recently had a request for more fish stick recipes, so wow have the kids eaten a lot… Some were VERY interesting and others (like these) were total home-runs. We’ve also taken the liberty to test out different fish varieties and I was a bit surprised by how it all turned out (more on that below). On that, heat up your fryer and let’s get to work.
