If you were unable to join us for Monday Night Live a few weeks ago, we wanted to make sure you didn’t miss out on three tasty recipes. The Papa had the fun idea since it was tax day (here in the United States) to celebrate frugal meals. When we ran the numbers, we realized that for less than $20, we were able to craft three delicious allergy friendly recipes which yielded a combined 12+ servings. Not bad for a $20.
Today we’re sharing The Papa’s favorite variation of the three: Red Sauce Beans & Rice. Here’s why this is a victory: The Papa doesn’t like beans and rice.
