Get ready to enjoy one of the most delicious mistakes I’ve ever made. OK, well, it wasn’t really a mistake. I ended up using a bit more of something than I had planned. The real story is that the batter was supposed to be part of this great spicy creation thing I was going for. Yet, I decided to do a test fry before spicing it up. Everyone insisted I STOP!!! They said this is so delicious the way you have it, you could open a restaurant and sell just THIS and we’d eat there everyday.
I mean wow. Grain free fried pork so good they’d eat it every day… Honestly, I wish I could eat this to see what all the fuss is about, but I suppose everyone else will have to tell me.
