Is it weird that I get super excited to make food I can’t eat? Or have no point of reference for, and am just going off of an idea?? Queso has been floating in my head for a while now, and knowing that the Super Bowl is fast approaching is what made me pause and give it a go. As I was working on a different pork related project, it hit me like a ton of bricks. NACHOS!!!! Like, the kind you get at the movies with the pourable cheese????
That’s what this pork is all about. Now, you can absolutely use it to make other recipes, or have on hand just for using throughout the week. This top 8 allergy free recipe would serve you well in tacos, burritos, pasta, with rice, and more.
I have to tell you though, the kids are IN LOVE with the nacho concept. They’ve had chips and cheese before, but nothing like this and well, they ate a LOT of it. Have fun making your pork, and if you can have the ingredients, nachos too!
