Words cannot express how HAPPY I am to have this recipe to share with you all. I’ve been thinking about nut free dairy free queso for a while. Find a queso recipe that’s also top 8 allergy free isn’t all that common. However, where there’s a will, there’s a way. The funny thing is, once I had the idea of queso, nachos were the next logical progression in my mind.
