As you may know, I took the leap and purchased a rather large Dutch Oven. Since then, all sorts of fun ideas have come to me, and those recipes are rolling out. This gluten free cake idea… this one seemed WILD, yet that didn’t stop me from trying. As it turns out, upside down cakes in your Dutch Oven are pretty awesome.
Given the size of my Dutch Oven, I didn’t have a cake stand large enough to hold it. So, I used the lid as a cake stand and it works flawlessly. Yanno, in case you find yourself in the same boat.
