This is our third and final installment of the Corn Free Muffin/Cupcake Recipes (Cinnamon Cupcake/Muffin video, Lemon Cupcake/Muffin video). I’m not sure if this makes me sad, or happy. I mean, I’m overjoyed that these recipes even exist. Yet, sad because I have yet to fire up the ovens and invent more flavors. I think that’s in part to my own limitations. Sure, I could experiment with chocolate chip, or carrot, or apple, or a whole lot of other things. Yet, if I did that, I wouldn’t be able to eat any of them. So I’ll ask this of you dear readers: take what you’ve learned in this series and go make new flavors.
The whole goal of RAISE is to help you thrive. It’s to empower you in your kitchen and show you that anything is indeed possible. If you happen to make a new flavor that’s outstanding, let us know. We love good news 🙂
Side note: Officially, these are called Orange Muffins. For the video, we added some cinnamon flare. You can make yours anyway you’d like.
