When people have to go gluten free, or egg free, or receive an allergy diagnosis, they usually think that cake is off the menu. Or that they’re going to be plagued with sub-par cake for the rest of their lives. WRONG. I’m going to show you how to have your gluten free, vegan, top 9 free cake, and eat it too.

Before you dive in, here’s what you’re going to need today:
- Lemon Cake
- Vanilla Frosting
- Raspberry Frosting
- Fresh Raspberries
I’ll be using both regular raspberries and rose raspberries today, but you can use whatever is available in your area. Below, I’ll expand on the supply list for this cake adventure.
