OK, These are perhaps the EASIEST gluten free chicken nuggets you’ll ever make. With only a handful of ingredients, these come together fast, and the kids will love them. Also, the broccoli is there to help us feel better about nuggets 🙂
Can I Use a Different Cheese?
Absolutely! I opted for Parmesan because the kids really enjoy it. However, any safe-for-you cheese will work. Be sure it’s shredded before using it. Also, fun fact: you can totally shred sliced cheese. Hold it firm with all the slices together and shred like you would a block. We’ve done this more times than I’d like to admit.
