We’ve been gluten free brownie testing for a while now, and I’ve come to realize something: free-from brownies are one of the hardest recipes to put together. Hear me out… In a traditional brownie, you have egg that brings moistness. However, in a top 8 allergy free brownie, you have to substitute for that. This means more liquid, and if you want a good moist kick- oil. But now we have the next issue: oil. Oil in baked goods can make or break you. In the case of a good fudgy brownie, it generally breaks you.
