Is it me or is Sloppy Joe the gift that keeps on giving? It’s such a delicious meal, easy to make, and you can adapt it to create a whole new flavour profile. In fact, that’s exactly what I did with this Sloppy Joe Pasta recipe.
I wanted to take good ole’ Sloppy Joe and give it an upgrade. In the end, the kids loved it. Now, if you find that this recipe is a bit too tomato-ey for you, add a little olive oil or dairy free butter to your sauce. The fat can help in balancing the tomato.
