It’s just about the end of ramp season, and I wanted to share this tasty shrimp fried rice recipe with you. My hope is that you can enjoy the last of your ramp bulbs in this tasty dish 🙂
Ramps, in my opinion, are such an underappreciated joy and wonder in the world. The aroma is intoxicating and they’re seriously something everyone should try at least once in their lives.
I personally get very excited each year as we roll into ramp season, and love that I can the bulbs only at the end of said season. If you’re a fan of shrimp fried rice, you’re in for a real treat today. This recipe is just wow!
As I was cooking this gluten free shrimp fried rice, I was taken back to a place in my childhood that smelled of the most authentic five star restaurant quality shrimp fried rice. It’s not very often that I’m jealous of the food the kids eat. I was suuuuppppeerrrr jealous. So please, make this, and enjoy every last bite- if not for you, for me 🙂
