Around here, BBQ Chicken and Beans is a favorite. I enjoy making it because it’s SO easy, and the kids enjoy eating it: truly a win-win. This is the kind of meal you can start when you get home from work, then take a nice break, then presto! Dinner is served. In addition to being gluten free, this easy recipe is also refined sugar free. Currently, there aren’t a lot of clean, refined sugar free BBQ sauces on the market. We have yet to find success with the ones we’ve experimented with. With that in mind, we enjoy making faux BBQ sauces so we have control over what’s in the meal.
