Easy BBQ Chicken & Beans by The Allergy Chef

Around here, BBQ Chicken and Beans is a favorite. I enjoy making it because it’s SO easy, and the kids enjoy eating it: truly a win-win. This is the kind of meal you can start when you get home from work, then take a nice break, then presto! Dinner is served.

In addition to being gluten free, this easy recipe is also refined sugar free. Currently, there aren’t a lot of clean, refined sugar free BBQ sauces on the market. I have yet to find success with the ones we’ve experimented with. With that in mind, I enjoy making faux BBQ sauces to have control over what’s in the meal.
