If you haven’t seen the Greek Chicken Salad recipe or Greek Lamb Taco recipe, be sure to check them out. This sauce pairs SO well with both recipes. You can also use this dairy free tzatziki sauce for dipping other tasty food, orrrrrr as a spread on a sandwich. Honestly, this sauce has a lot of potential to jazz up your meals.
I opted to leave out cucumber today (and a few other ingredients you may commonly find in tzatziki sauce) to make it friendly to as many people as possible. You can absolutely add extra ingredients to this recipe if you’d like to take a more traditional approach.
Allergy Status
**This status includes the almond found in DF Greek yogurt, but NOT the additional ingredients in the yogurt, as there are different brand options. The Kite Hill yogurt that I used contains tapioca and a bean derived gum.
