What can I say about this leek soup recipe? Just that it’s delicious. Kid Two gobbled this up so fast it was frustrating. I asked him about the finer points of the recipe, and all kept saying was “leave it just the way it is.” He insisted that if I messed with it, I would ruin the perfect soup. Well, he and The Papa ate giant bowls of this soup… I hope you and your family are able to enjoy this soup as the weather is still a bit cold outside.
