Today it’s all about meal (menu) planning with food allergies and restricted diets. I’ll be talking about HOW I like to meal plan, and keep things interesting. It’s really easy to get stuck in a rut, but we have lots of tips to help you 🙂
Fun story: I once planned out meals for an entire quarter. I wanted to see if this would bring down costs and OH MY GOODNESS it was amazing. Not only did it bring down costs, I was able to pre-prep so much. Where food is concerned, I was living the dream life.
