OK friends… I am SOOOOOO excited to share this resource with you!! Some of you may remember a while back when I shared how it’s difficult for me to create meal plans for the platform. Then I finally had the epiphany: make a basic 2 week plan for specific diet types. My issue was that I didn’t want anyone to be left out, and you all have SO many different needs. By starting with major diet types and somewhat common allergen combinations, I’m hoping you’ll each find a meal plan that works for you.
This meal plan is 100% gluten free, dairy free, peanut free, and sesame free. There are a few instances of top allergens, however, I think it’s so friendly just about everyone can enjoy it.
