Today I’ll be taking you on a trip to the farmer’s market for corn free produce (there’s a Corn Free Course on this topic). It’s not uncommon for me to search far and wide for safe food. You’ll see what that looks like, and how we process the food too.
You’ll also be visiting the Davis Co-Op with us, and seeing some cool new products from brands we love.
If you live in California, we purchase the blackberries from Free Spirit Farm. Toby is a gem. This year (2020) we were told there would only be service at the Davis Wednesday Farmer’s Market, hence the long drive.
