Spices & Herbs Seminar with The Allergy Chef

We’ve met so many people over the years and have learned several important facts:

  • Many people who are free-from get stuck in a safe-food rut.
  • Lots of people who were diagnosed as adults struggle to cook delicious free-from food.
  • Free-from or not, a good portion of adults aren’t sure of how to use spices well.

This Allergy Seminar is going to tackle these issues head on. We’ll be discussing first, the safety issue. Sourcing safe spices is a big part of the process, as well as understanding the overlap of spices and your allergies. For example, with a cashew allergy, you should avoid pink peppercorn.

From there, The Allergy Chef will teach you classic spice combinations that you can employ daily to get yourself out of a free-from rut you may find yourself in.
