This is going to be a fantastic session! We’re going to be looking at a case of FPIES with a very non-traditional safe food list. The safe list includes foods that are typically high risk, and excludes just about all low-risk foods.
We’re going to look at how one can achieve a rotation of meals with less than 30 foods to work with. It will require plenty of elbow grease and specialty appliances. However, the end results will be EPIC.
