With summer still gracing us with its presence, I figured now would be a good time to make graham crackers. You guys, these are super delicious. The best part in my opinion: The kids LOVE them. In fact, they say the corn free graham crackers may be better than the other version that contains corn derivatives. How wild is that???

Now, you know me, I’m not one to mislead you. I can honestly tell you that you’re going to put in a lot of work for these graham crackers, so you’ll have to determine if this is something you batch cook (more on that below), or just have as a once-in-a-while treat. For us, it’s going to be the latter.
