It’s time to make something MEGA FANTASTIC OH MY GOODNESS EPIC!! So, gluten free, vegan, top 8 allergy free black forest cake was something I wanted to conquer. Really though, it’s the cream that we have to get right to bring this classic to life with a free-from twist.
What’s interesting is that compared to some of the other cake tutorials here on RAISE, this is an easier cake to create. You’ll make each of the components which is the most time consuming, and then you’ll assemble which takes about 30 minutes (or less).
To create gluten free, vegan, top 8 free black forest cake, you’ll need:
- Bakery Chocolate Cake, 6″ Rounds (I opted to bake in the Wilton short rounds)
- Cherry Filling (recipe below)
- Pastry Cream
- Bakery Vanilla Frosting
- Chocolate for Shaving (we used Amore di Mona Luxury Chocolate V, T8, Refined Sugar Free)
