Time for more chicken nuggets! We ordered a new pretzel (see the post for allergen info) to try recently and when the kids told me what they tasted like, pretzels + chicken came to mind. Honestly, no idea why, but totally glad it happened. They said these gluten free chicken nuggets were delicious when hot, and great the next day from the fridge.

**For this recipe, the pretzel we used contained Cassava, Potato, Tapioca, Sunflower, Sweet Potato, Salt, and Rosemary. There are a lot of GF pretzels on the market to choose from.
