OK, it’s time to make Punch You in the Face Maple Cake. I mean, that’s what I’d really like to call this recipe, but potent felt like a more appropriate term 🙂

The taste testers went WILLLLDDDDD for this cake, and if you ask me, the best part is that it’s refined sugar free. This cake is pretty easy to make, and given how versatile maple is, it will pair well with just about any frosting, and work in just about any pastry assembly.
