It’s almost Christmas!! I know this is a busy time of the year, and considering I shared holiday recipes a couple of weeks ago (so you could be prepared for the here and now), I wanted to share this tasty recipe series with you over the next few days.
A while back, my dear friend Kristy from On My Kids Plate sent me some pics from a specialty shop in her area. She was out shopping for sausage, and I ended up beyond inspired. With the info she gave me, I hit the grocery store (more like Good Eggs, hehe) and got to experimenting. Of the seven recipes I started with, four made the cut. Today I present you with gluten free, top 8 allergy free, Apple Cinnamon Meatballs.
Now, before you let the idea scare you away, come back. Have a seat, and lend me a little trust. I first experimented with both Apple Cinnamon and Apple Pomegranate meatballs. The kids decided that the latter was just too far out there. However, the Apple Cinnamon meatballs cooked in butter… the kids were like putty in my hands 🙂
