This is a great time of year to break out warm and filling tomato soup recipes. Today I thought it would be fun to make a shrimp soup. This recipe has creamy notes and in my humble opinion would taste amazing with a dairy free gouda grilled cheese sandwich. Not that I can eat it, but just know it tastes good in my head 🙂
