If you’ve never made legit key lime pie before, let me warn you now: Key. Limes. Are. TINY. I gave the awful job of key lime prep to Kid Two, who got through it all like a real trooper. Here’s what he and I have decided: just use lime juice. Save yourself the trouble unless you REALLY want the authentic experience. Photos have been included to deter you 🙂
