If you’ve ever wondered how to make dairy free cream sauce, or a creamy dairy free pasta that’s also gluten free, look no further. Today I’ll be showing you a basic foundational dairy free cream sauce you can make any time. The key is to pay attention to the milk and slurry ratios. I’ll be using minimal seasonings, but know that you’re encouraged to build on this.
