Today I’m sharing a super cool recipe that is reminiscent of something I used to make for the kids when they were a lot younger. I will say this, the shape of these gluten free zucchini bars (not muffins) is part of the key to success. You can still freeze and thaw your bars beautifully, but I wanted you to keep that in mind as you plan to make these tasty treats.
