Gluten Free Beets & Rice “Stirfry” Recipe – Batch Cooking

About the name. It’s misleading, and I am so sorry about that. The first time I made this, the kids were pestering me about what it was called… At first I was working my towards some type of stir-fry, so that’s what I called it. The name totally stuck, and let me tell you, this is NOT a stir-fry.

Also, Kid Four does NOT like rice, yet she’s the first one in the kitchen for dinner when this is served 🙂
