The kids have declared yet another recipe to be their favourite… I know… It’s almost like they don’t know the meaning of the word anymore. I guess I should be happy about it though, right? I mean, clearly if Kid Four who detests rice gobbled up loads of these sushi rice balls, I must be doing something right.

If you’re not in the mood for making these into little balls, you can absolutely just serve your mix in a bowl and enjoy.

The recipe below makes a good sized batch. Feel free to cut everything in half for a small family, or those who don’t feed teenagers 🙂
