It looks like I’ve done it again. The kids say this is their new favourite cookie of all time. If I had a nickel for each time they declared a recipe to be their new fave, I’d be on an island retired right now. Scratch that. I’d have a lot more LEGO sets 🙂
I’ve been told that this Danish Butter Cookie recipe is melt in your mouth amazing. It’s a play on a traditional cookie with allergens and special diets in mind. It’s also incredibly easy to make.
