Since we’re in the thick of pumpkin season, or PSL Season as some like to call it, I thought it would be fun to share some savory pumpkin recipe options. This time of year we’re inundated with sweets, so this is a nice seasonal break 🙂 This gluten free and dairy free creamy soup recipe is so comforting, and also kid friendly (assuming your kiddo is open to eating pumpkin).
If you’re on the fence, let me tell you what Kid Two said: “I don’t like pumpkin and I find this soup to be enjoyable”. I mean, does it get any better than that? Also, this would make a great addition to your Thanksgiving appetizers 🙂
