Since getting a new Vitamix (and keeping the old one) I’ve been happy to experiment with new concepts, specifically sauces and soups. Today I’m going to share a dairy free creamy cashew chicken recipe… whilst it doesn’t look super pretty, it tastes pretty awesome. Kid Two and I had a great time together developing this recipe, and seeing his joy each time he ate it was magical. Remember, getting kids with food allergies in the kitchen is non-negotiable. This is a skill they’re going to need for the rest of their life.
