Annnnd it’s another gluten free Easy Cooking Video here on RAISE! Today, I’ll be sharing with you yet another recipe that kids say is their “favorite thing ever”. It’s funny how they have at least 15 of those… possible a lot more. This potato recipe is great as a side dish for any meal throughout the day, and tasty potatoes also make for a great afternoon shack as well. The fun part about this easy potato recipe is how versatile it is. Once you’ve made these potatoes a couple of times, you’ll see how easy it is to use a different set of seasonings for a whole new flavor profile. Truth is, the kids rarely eat the exact same Bacon Bomb Potatoes each time. While I leave the core items consistent (potatoes, salt, paprika, and drippings), I’m constantly experimenting with different flavor profiles. If you haven’t worked with turmeric, these potatoes are a great recipe to use it in.
