Today I’m sharing a very special play on ragu with you. Traditional ragu recipes generally call for tomato and onion. We’ll be avoiding alliums and nightshades in this ragu recipe. The kids really enjoyed this recipe, and it travels well for work and school.
This non-traditional ragu can be served atop pasta or rice, or used as a dip with crackers or chips.
