I’m so excited to share with you today a pipe-able blackberry gel. If there were a pastry recipe here on RAISE I could attempt to eat, it would be this (I didn’t though). It’s part of a gorgeous pastry assembly that I hope you plan on making.

This gel can be used anywhere you’d like a touch of elegance. It can also provide you with an amazing contrast in light-coloured pastry such as a lemon tart.

The great news is that it’s super easy to make with barely any hands on cooking.
