Did you see the Cranberry Oat Cubes? This recipe was inspired by those tasty vegan cubes. You’ll notice that these tarts have the breakfast tag attached, and that’s because they’re great for breakfast.

Whilst they double as a snack and a dessert, why not have a great start to a Friday (or Monday) with a tasty treat? I do that a lot around here. It gives the kids the feeling that they had something treat-like, and lets me know there’s no guilt. It’s not like they had a slice of cake, hehe.
