Are you or your kids hummus fans? I have none in this house. However, I do have fans of what I like to call Hummus Cookie Dough. It’s essentially a chickpea base with sweetener, flavouring, and chocolate chips. When it comes to black beans however, my kids are huge fans.
With that in mind I wanted to make them something totally different with their beloved bean, and it’s a real winner. This dairy free pudding is rich and creamy. It’s also vegan which is nice, as more people can indulge together.
What I really like about this recipe is that it’s loaded with protein. If you’re ever concerned that your kids aren’t getting enough, this may be a fun option to include as a dessert 🙂
