Managing social situations, especially when you’re new, can feel very stressful. This is true for both kids and adults. Today, we’ll have an extended Allergy Seminar as we talk through how to handle various social scenarios you and/or your children may face.

- Snacks & treats at school
Some scenes we’ll work through for adults include:
- Dealing with difficult family members
- Politely declining
- Going out to restaurants (with your own food)
- Booking reservations
- Online trolls
- Eliminating toxic people
Scenes we’ll work through for parents:
- Family members who try to feed your child allergens
- Doctors who won’t listen
- Family members who bully
- Scheduling play-dates
- Talking to a party host
