Bacon in cookies? Yes. I am saying yes to not only bacon, but mushrooms in a cookie as well. Why? Just because. And maybe I wanted to prove a point that happens to be super delicious.
Here’s the thing about free-from living: I think it’s easy to get bored and stuck in a food rut. Knowing that some of you may be experiencing that right now, one of my goals is to always get creative in the kitchen. I want to offer you new ways to look at the same set of ingredients (even if it seems way left field), and of course, enjoy them.
Today we’re going to be doing that by taking traditionally savory ingredients and transforming them into a delicious gluten free, egg free cookie. Let’s fire up the oven!
