If you read the Spicy Pork Belly recipe post, you’ll know that I had quite a bit of pork belly to experiment with (still laughing about this). Today’s Sweet Maple Pork Belly recipe was a huge hit with everyone who tried it.
You’ll also notice that this pork belly recipe doesn’t have a lot of ingredients, and is quite simple to prepare. It’s the perfect dinner for weeknights when you want to come home and kick your feet up. To do that, prep your pork the night before, then when you come home, pressure cook. Who says living with food allergies and/or special diets has to be complex every single day? 🙂
