I can’t wait for you to make this compote!! It’s packed with flavour and can work in a range of pastry pieces. Personally, I’m a sucker for a smokey flavour (not that I can eat it), and this compote was absolutely loved by all of the taste testers. My only regret is that I didn’t make more for future use.
