Top 8 Free Pumpkin Oat Breakfast by The Allergy Chef

So about the title of this delicious creation… The Papa HATES all things oatmeal, and Kid Two really doesn’t like pumpkin. With that in mind, The Papa drew the short straw and was the main taster for this recipe. Yet, here’s the great news: He really enjoyed this creation. I couldn’t quite settle on a title thought because if you make this and eat it fresh, it’s NOT a power ball. It’s too soft to form into shapes, yet, that’s part of it’s allure.

On the other hand, if you make this in advance and store in the fridge, the mix will firm up and you can make power balls like in the photo. With that, I have no idea what to call this recipe, but know this:

THIS IS A DELICIOUS EASY BREAKFAST, yes, I’m totally yelling. The Papa was actually really excited to have it for breakfast on-the-go in a cup.
