OK guys, today I thought it would be fun for us to go down memory lane. I’m sharing the first tarts I ever made with you. Yup, way back when, I made a video about the process. I made these when I decided to get certified in French Pastry. What made the education unique was that I did all but one assignment GF + Top 9 Free. Needless to say, the instructors hadn’t seen something like that before.
Why I’m sharing this: to inspire you! All too often online we see super polished pastry and think we’ll never get there. I want you to see the flaws and smile. Know that we all start somewhere.
