Tonight we’re sharing a very fun and friendly FPIES Friendly chowder recipe, along with FPIES Friendly pancakes. For those of you who are eliminating all severe FPIES trigger foods, you’ll use your favorite flour blend on the Fluffy Pancakes (recipe here). We used tiger nut flour which is a legume, but you can swap it for buckwheat flour (which is not wheat).
White potato is on the moderate FPIES list. For those who cannot tolerate white potato, use parsnip (or other root veggie) instead. Chowder recipe here.
