Today I’ll be sharing tips on how to help kids with food restrictions try new foods. While this does overlap with picky eating, it also overlaps with food anxiety and food fear. It’s important to be mindful when introducing new food to kids with allergies.
Helping (all) kids try new foods starts with us as parents modeling the behavior. It also starts with us when we choose how we talk about food. I’ll also be sharing activities you can do with your child to help build interest in trying new safe foods.
