Today I want to show you what a flax egg looks like, but not the kind you may have read about online. Here on RAISE, we take a different approach to flax eggs and I’m going to tell you (and show you) why. I’ll also be talking about different egg substitutes you may have heard of.

Online, there’s a popular chart that lists egg substitutes. The BIG problem is many of these charts don’t include application information. For example, you can’t simply use applesauce blindly as an egg substitute in all your recipes. On to today’s video!
