Today I want to show you what a flax egg looks like, but not the kind you may have read about online. Here on RAISE, I take a different approach to flax eggs and I’m going to tell you (and show you) why. I’ll also be talking about different egg substitutes you may have heard of.

Online, there’s a popular chart that lists egg substitutes. The BIG problem is many of these charts don’t include application/context information. For example, you can’t simply use applesauce blindly as an egg substitute in all your recipes. On to today’s video!
