This is a great juice recipe for a beginner that wants to drink more greens. As you become more of a juicing pro, you can reduce the number of apples, and increase the numbers of cucumbers. You should increase the stronger greens slowly. Although any kind of kale is fine, I would suggest lacinato (dino) kale as it is one of the more mellow tasting in the kale family. The Pink Lady apples are more tart than a Fuji.
